Party To Go Policies

Policy
Scheduling
- Scheduling is done on a first come, first served basis and is dependant on availability
- Parties are scheduled for a minimum of 2 hours, typically between the hours of 9am and 6pm
- All parties must be within a 5 mile radius of Wonder Works, a Children's museum in Oak Park, located at 6445 W. North ave Oak Park, IL 60302
Pricing
- Pricing is $150 for tow hours, and includes 2 Wonder Workers, 3 guided activities and 2 art and crafts of your choice
- Additional time is available for $75 per hour and includes one additional activity and craft per extra hour
Payment
- Payment is due in full at time of scheduling
- Wonder Works accepts cash, checks, Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express
- Wonder Works cannot schedule a party without payment in full
Refunds
- If it is necessary to cancel a party, full refunds will only be issued to parties which cancel with more than 30 days notice
- Partial refunds (party price minus $40) will be given to parties which cancel with more then 14 days notice
- No refund will be issued for parties cancelling with less than 14 days notice.
Rescheduling
- A party can be rescheduled without penalty with at least 7 days notice
- Rescheduling must be done within 6 months of original party date
General Guidelines
- Recommended group size is 10 to 50 children between the ages of 2 to 12 years old
- Booking more than 14 days in advance is recommended to insure availability
- Wonder Works Reserves the right to not schedule a party, for any reason
