Interested in a field trip, learn more below Scheduling Must be scheduled at least 5 business days in advance Field Trips may not begin before 10:00am Snack room becomes available at 11:00am Can be scheduled over the phone, by (e)mail, or fax No deposit is required to schedule Payment is due day of, but may be made previous to trip No more than one Field Trip will be booked for a given time Field Trip is charged for attending children, not for scheduled children Arriving Parking for cars and vans available in rear of building, on Elmwood (side street) or North Ave (metered) Bus parking is limited and is available on Elmwood next to Wonder Works Entrance is in the rear of building A coat room is available upon entering Wonder Works Sign in at desk upon entering, payment is due at this time. Wonder Works will accept cash, business/personal checks and Visa or Master Card for payment A brief orientation will be given by museum staff at the beginning of your trip Amenities and Responsibilities Attending adults are responsible for all members of the Field Trip Refrigerator/freezer and microwave on site Wonder Works offers no food, all food must be brought in or delivered Maximum seating in the snack room is 24 children Special Circumstances Wonder Works is universally accessible and welcomes children of all abilities. We offer free admission to adult caregivers for children of special needs in addition to required adults for Field Trips. Please ask for further accommodations if needed.
