A Great Day of Play at the 13th Annual Wide World of Wonder Works Golf Outing
Mother Nature smiled on Wonder Works once again as over forty golfers played this year’s golf outing on October 8, 2015 at the Oak Park Country Club. Golfers enjoyed a beautiful day on the 100 year old Donald Ross designed course, nicknamed “the course of the winding stream.” The forecasted rain storms held out until the last of the foursomes finished play, after which they joined the after-golf reception for food, drink and prizes in the Clubhouse. When all the fun was done, over $14,000 was raised to help Wonder Works Children’s Museum, a non-profit committed to imaginative play, interactive hands-on learning, and healthy communities. Wonder Works thanks all the golfers who participated and all of its sponsors and other contributors that helped make this year’s outing a success. See pictures here.
Congratulations to the low score winning team of Simon Breuer , with a score of 12 under par.
